Trading Card Game Tips from fans

July 2007
Elemental Hero Original Five-RACECARbakword

So, this deck is pretty simple and cheap, except for the fusion monsters. it has a par speed with a par power this deck is really fun. The cards revolve around the original five elemental Heroes. bubbleman, burstinatrix, avian, sparkman and clayman  will not be using hero city or any other elemental heroes beside captain gold stratos or the original five

Monsters
I have included 3 copies each of the original five elemental heroes
Here are some noteworthy cards

Elemental Hero Captain Gold- You can discard this card to the Graveyard to add 1 "Skyscraper" from your Deck to your hand. If this card is on the field but "Skyscraper" is not on the field, destroy this card.

2100 ATK. Searcher for skyscraper or can suicide with a cyber dragon.

Elemental Hero Stratos- When this card is Normal or Special Summoned, you can select and activate 1 of these effects:
-Destroy Spell or Trap Cards on the field up to the number of "Elemental Hero" and "Destiny Hero" monsters you control (not counting this card).
-Select and add 1 "Elemental Hero" or "Destiny Hero" monster from your Deck to your hand.

Get what you need from your deck.

Sangan-
When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard, select 1 monster with an ATK of 1500 or less from your Deck, show it to your opponent, and add it to your hand. Then shuffle your Deck.

Pretty self explanatory.

Spells
Staples with fusion and elemental hero support. here are explanations of the support cards

Future Fusion- Send, from your Deck to the Graveyard, Fusion Material Monsters that are listed on a Fusion Monster Card, and select that 1 Fusion Monster from your Fusion Deck. Special Summon the selected Fusion Monster during your 2nd Standby Phase after this card's activation. (This Special Summon is treated as a Fusion Summon.) When this card is removed from the field, destroy that monster. When the monster is destroyed, destroy this card.

This cad is a good card in an opening hand or late game. I usually use it to summon one of the more bigger elemental hero fusions such as tempest or electrum. This is because the monsters get dumped to the grave and if its electrum four less cards in the deck. if its tempest three less cards in the deck.

Skyscraper- When a monster that includes "Elemental Hero" in its card name attacks, if its ATK is lower than the ATK of the attack target, increase the ATK of the attacking monster by 1000 points during damage calculation only.

The power card of this deck. real life saver. searchable through captain gold

E - Emergency Call- Add 1 monster from your Deck to your hand that includes "Elemental Hero" in its card name.

If you have polymerization, but dont have the elemental hero you want, then search him out.

Polymerization- Send Fusion-Material Monsters that are listed by a Fusion Monster Card from your hand or your side of the field to the Graveyard, and Special Summon the Fusion Monster from your Fusion Deck.

YUP. this card is great. no drawback no nothing. just straight out fusion.

Miracle Fusion-Remove from play, from your side of the field or your Graveyard, Fusion Material Monsters that are listed on a Fusion Monster Card that includes "Elemental Hero" in its card name, and Special Summon that Fusion Monster from your Fusion Deck. (This Special Summon is treated as a Fusion Summon).

This is the card you want late in the game when all your heroes are in the graveyard. TIP: if you can fusion summon electrum then do so. this is because this card removes from play monsters. then add them back with tempest.

Strategy
The decks speed is not as fast as DDT, but what can you say. the future fusion helps speed a lot. and poly can help field presence because you can fusion summon from your hand. theres basically 5 skyscapers in this deck. 2 captain golds and 3 sky scrapers. 5/40 = 1/8. therefore you should at least have skyscraper in your hand by your third turn. skyscraper is the power card of the deck. there only 3 beatsticks. 2 captain gold and 1 stratos. even though the main deck lacks power the fusion deck has a lot of power. the e-emergency calls also speed through the deck. and the stratos and sangan have similar effects. the only reason why i didnt replace premature and call with o - oversoul was because i may want to bring back stratos captain gold or sangan. so heres the deck
