Trading Card Game Tips from fans

From: Hell Kaiser17
Subject: Cyberdark Strategies - Hell Kaiser17

The Cyberdark from the Cyberdark Impact Set are the famous monsters used be Hell Kaiser in the Yugioh Gx series. Each boasts a weak 800 ATK, however once you know their effects, you'll understand why. These machine monsters have the power to equip themselves with a level 3 or lower dragon type monster from their graveyard and increase their attack points by that dragon's strength. Recommended dragons to be used are masked dragon and twin headed behemoth.
Not enough for you? Well, they each have their own unique ability that makes them quite formidable. But wait...there's more. Even if you opponent manages to find a way to destroy a Cyberdark, the equipped dragon gets thrashed to the graveyard instead, making great tribute opportunities for Monarchs...And as a sidenote, you can send equipped dragons to the graveyard for tribute summons. Now that we have the idea covered, let's tap into their special abilities...

Cyberdark Horn
[MACHINE / EFFECT]
When this card is Normal Summoned, select 1 Level 3 or lower Dragon-Type monster in your Graveyard and equip it to this card. This card gains ATK equal to the equipped card's ATK. During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. If this card would be destroyed by battle, the equipped monster is destroyed instead.
ATK/ 800 DEF/ 800

This is the best of the three Cyberdarks. It's personal effect allows it to trample over your opponent's defense monsters in an instant with 2200-2300 Attack points when equipped with Masked Dragon or Twin-Headed Behemoth wiping out many of those annoying attackers, including the broken Cyber Dragon that everyone uses!
Use limiter removal and you can have a monster that even surpasses Cyber End Dragon!!! This monster is not only amazing in a Cyberdark deck, but it can be easily be run in a Cookie-Cutter (Tech) deck.

Cyberdark Edge
MACHINE / EFFECT]
When this card is Normal Summoned, select 1 Level 3 or lower Dragon-Type monster in your Graveyard and equip it to this card. This card gains ATK equal to the equipped card's ATK. This card can attack your opponent directly. If it attacks using this effect, the Battle Damage is halved. If this card would be destroyed by battle, the equipped monster is destroyed instead.
ATK/ 800 DEF/ 800

Pretty decent. It can attack an opponent directly, but its attack is cut in half. Once again, Limiter Removal pulls through here, overcoming that -1 effect that Edge has.

Cyberdark Keel
[MACHINE / EFFECT]

When this card is Normal Summoned, select 1 Level 3 or lower Dragon-Type monster in your Graveyard and equip it to this card. This card gains ATK equal to the equpped card's ATK. When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, inflict 300 damage to your opponent. If this card would be destroyed by battle, the equipped monster is destroyed instead.
ATK/ 800 DEF/ 800

This is probably the worst one. All it does is deal your opponent 300 points of damage after it destroys a monster. Recommended for special burn decks...

Wel, there you go! Take a look at the cyberdarks and see if they appeal to you...
My deck runs Cyberdark Horns and Cyberdark Edges in a Cookie-Cutter deck in case you want to know...If you have any questions, you can find me on the message boards...

Later...
