Constructing the Insect Deck Part 3- Dark marik 07

In the last two articles I went through card support for insect decks, including monsters, spells, and traps. Today I will show you how to finish the deck and put it together. We are going to build an offensive insect deck.

I like to use about 40-42 cards in each of my decks, and from 19-21 monsters. I like no more then 8-trap cards also in each of my decks.

First I am going to pick out the card Insect Imitation. This spell card allows you to tribute one monster from your side of the field, and then special summon one from your deck of one level higher in face up attack or face down defense position. To use this card effectively you should play about two copies of this card. Then you can play monsters of every level needed as follows:

Level 1- Magical Merchant

Level 2- Man-Eating Bug, Needle Worm

Level 3- Swarm of Locusts, Swarm of Scarabs, Aerosol Bug, and Howling Insect

Level 4- Chainsaw Insect, Insect Knight

Level 5- Ultimate Insect Level 5

Level 6- Saber Beatle

Level 7- Ultimate Insect Lv 7

Level 8- Metal Armored Bug

I am not saying to play all of these cards, it just helps when organizing, see what cards you might want to use, and see if it would be possible to summon any monster in your deck this way.

Gravity Bind/Level Limit Area-B

IT would probably help to edit this deck with as many level 3 and lower monsters as possible, and only a minimum of high-level monsters. Use Aerosol Bug as one of your major attack forces in this deck.

Staple Monsters

Breaker The Magical Warrior is not really needed in this deck, Swarm of Locusts can do his job for him, and however Sangan will do wonders in this deck.
