Subject: The Butcher's Betrayal- Adam Culp

While I personally think some duelists focus on it too much, there is one thing no Yugioh player can deny- card advantage is important. And I am about to describe a simple 4-card combo. The cards to pull it off are not limited (although one is semi-limited), it requires only 2 turns to set up.

And there is quite honestly no limit to the advantage this combo can give you. Don't believe such a combo exists? Here it is.

1 Bistro Butcher
1 Shining Angel
1 Solemn Wishes
1 Creature Swap

simply put, you should want to use Giant Trunade or Cold Wave to ensure your opponent can't stop this combo, but don't most game-breaking strategies get better with S/T clearers? Anyway, turn 1, summon the Butcher in attack mode. That's it. Turn 2, summon Shining Angel and Creature Swap the Butcher to your opponent. Now attack the Butcher with Shining Angel.

Combo complete. Angel dies, you take 400 Battle Damage, but you'll draw 2 cards by Butcher's effect, and get 1000 LP back with Solemn Wishes. And, you get another Light monster by Shining Angel's effect. So search out another Angel and repeat, followed by searching out the third Angel and attacking. Now when the Angel dies, you have none left. Instead, search out UFOroid! Let him die to search out another UFOroid, and then a third!

Now by now, you've already drawn about 10 cards. With the kind of advantage, your opponent might as well surrender now. But we're not done!

When the third UFOroid bites the dust, Search out UFO Turtle! Run through them, and search out Masked Dragon! Finally, search out Troop Dragon.

Now this combo is broken. None of the 15 searchers used in it can search monsters from the hand. So sooner or later, you'll draw a searcher that you can't use. But on average, it's logical to assume you'll get at least 5 monsters with this, for a total of 10 cards drawn. As for the searchers. Pot of Generosity actually helps here by returning searchers to the deck so they can be searched to the field. Ultimate Offering also works.

Now, what deck can use this? EXODIA!!!! Exodia decks, to me, are totally broken. There is no way to stop Exodia's effect once you get all 5 pieces. And with this combo, you'll thin out at leat half your deck, making it easier to draw them.

Overall, it may require a lot of space for this to be fit into a deck, but the advantage is worth it. If nothing else, anyone running 3 Mystic Tomatos (which probably ammounts to anyone running Don Zaloog and Spirit Reaper), or anyone with 3 or more searchers, can use this combo to get massive advantage.
