Subject: Countering the metagame By: The Dude

Todays metagame is getting old to me so I looked through my cards and found a few ways to get around it and sometimes create advantage. These are the cards I found that were helpful and made a deck out of.

Chaos Command Magician- level 6 2400 attack 1900 defence light monster

This card reads "Negate the effect of a monster card that targets this 1 card.

This effect is amazing, it makes exiled forces effect useless, Zaborg useless, Night assialent useless. Those three cards can be gamebraking and because they only target one monster it would not be able to destory Chaos command magician. So if your facing a Soul Contol that uses Zaborg side him in or just do away with your own zaborgs and replace them with Chaos Command

Magician. He is also Light so that means Chaos Sorcerer food.

Strike Ninja - Level 4 1700 attack, 1200 defense Dark monster

Reads - You can remove this card from play until the end phase of this turn by removing 2 dark monsters from play. You can use this effect during either

players turn, You can only use this effect once per turn.

The card has always been good. But lately its getting better, It can dodge Zaborg, Exiled, or Assialent which are widely played, Then if you are attack

with him he can dodge Susk armors, Mirror forces and widespread ruin, For magics he dodges snatch steal, brain control, lightning vortex and smashing ground. He comes right back at the end phase of the turn so he wont be gone for long. If you combo this with D.D. Scout planes you will be gaining advantage all the time. He is also dark so hes Chaos food!!!!

D.D. Scout Plane- level 2 800 attack 1200 defense Dark monster

Reads-If this card is removed from play, special summon this in face-up attack mode on your side of the field during the end phase.

This card is sick on so many levels. Its obvious combo is with strike ninja instant +1 and tribute food for your next turn. One of my favorite things to

do is set him first turn and let my opponent waste a Nobleman on him just so

he comes back and I get a +2 out of it. He also combos with Chaos Sorcerer when you remove him from play. A nice addition to a dedicated Chaos or Strike ninja deck

Pitch Black WareWolf and Mirage Dragon level 4 1600 attack and defense and the wolf is dark the dragon is light

Reads - When this card is one the field your opponent cannot activate trap cards during the battle phase

These monsters save your monsters from susk armors, widespreads, and mirror force. You don't have to worry about attacking when you have huge field presence and loosing it all to a mirror force. There also light and dark so there great Chaos food.

Nobleman of Extermination

I don't have it on me right now so I don't know its exact text but here is what it does - Select a face down magic or trap card on your opponent side of the field. If its a trap card remove it from the game and all copies of it in either players decks. If its a magic just remove it from play

This kills all those suks armors, Widespreads and mirror force we all hate.
Then theres the new card Macro Cosmos that many people will be using and this will shut it down as well.

Well Thats all I have for now until some new meta stuff pisses me off. I hope you guys use some of this information and start beating all the soul control/treeborn monarch control deck that are so abundant these days.

Happy dueling Boys and Girls

- The Dude -
