Subject: New Harpies Ladies Deck - Michael
Hi Pojo Fans,
I am writing to let you know of a cool card from the
new structure deck.
This deck can be good if it is mainly focused on the
Haprie Ladies. The following cards are in the deck
and those cards are what you are aiming for when
trying to win a match. I just got this new deck not
long ago and I tried it out at a mall in the Greater
Vancouver Area. Oh Canada...
Deck Components
1. Hysteric Party
Discard 1 card from your hand. Special Summon as
many "Harpie Lady" cards as possible from your
graveyard. When this card is removed from the field,
destroy all the monsters that were Special Summoned
by this card's effect.
This is the top card in the deck. You can discard 1
card, and then special summon as many "harpie lady".
The card discarded could be a "harpie lady", and you
can bring all three harpie lady back from the grave.
This card does not say you can not do that every
turn. So you can probably do this every turn. If you
discard a "harpie lady", this could be a free card.
You have just recovered your loss from the discard.
2. Elegant Egotist
You can only activate this card when there are 1 or
more "Harpie Lady" on the field. Special Summon 1 "Harpie
Lady" or "Harpie Lady Sisters" from your hand or
your Deck.
This card is a must have when playing a "harpie
deck". Nothing to fancy about this.
3. Harpies' Hunting Ground
When "Harpie Lady" or "Harpie Lady Sisters" is
Normal Summoned or Special Summoned to the field,
destroy 1 Spell or Trap card on the field. Increase
the ATK and DEF of all face-up Winged Beast-Type
monsters on the field by 200 points.
This card is a must have when playing a "harpie
deck". Nothing to fancy about this.
4. Triangle Ecstasy Spark
Until the End Phase of this turn, the ATK of all "Harpie
Lady Sisters"
becomes 2700, your opponent cannot activate any Trap
Cards, and the effect of every Trap Card on your
opponent's side of the field is negated.
This card is one that will make Harpie deck good. In
the old spell, traps are not negated. I played this
spell several time and got other players off guard.
They did not know about this trap negation switch on
the card. No more Mirror Force, Sakuretsu, etc. You
are safe.
5. Harpie Lady Sisters
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This
card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of
"Elegant Egotist".
This is a must have in a harpie lady deck. Without
it, you are pretty much open to attack.
If you want a good deck to try out, this could be
something to try. Of course, I will not design the
deck for you. That is for you to try and make this
deck awesome. Now the ruling for the Hysteric Party
is not out yet. I tried to search for it on the
official site and other sites, but there are no
reference to this card as of July 16, 2006. If this
card works out as it is written, then this card
could be technically "broken".
Other deck I am working on is the infamous macro
cosmos deck, d-hero deck, and a monarch deck. I
might not publish these decks though.
I do have 1 thing to say about the macro cosmos
deck. If your opponent has multilple ways to destroy
your macro cosmos and dimensional fissure, then
you'll be <<sitting duck>>. I emphasize...
