Subject: Staples Friend or Foe BJ Griffin

Staple Cards…….Friend or Fiend?

Hey! Hey! Hey!

It is BJ Griffin here with another article so crank out you thinking caps and start listening to me. I went to a tournament the other day and noticed that there needs to be something pointing out and today’s point is staple cards. Friend of fiend? People need to no something that there are some staple cards out there that need to go into every deck.

Konami has reprinted several cards devaluing these cards so much that you can only sell them to collectors and not players. Well they made these cards for a reason and the reason is to give everyone a few staple cards.

The first staple card that Konami released is Torrential Tribute. This is one of the most powerful traps in the game and so this is one of the few cards that need to be thrown into a deck.

The next staple card that needs to go into decks is Call of the Haunted. And then the runner up is Premature Burial. These cards also belong in any deck because they give a free monster that goes into any graveyard and are brought back to do their purpose one more time.

Now some more cards people will argue that are staples but they are not. The D.D.’s are debatable but we cannot come to a clear point. And then the runner up is Cyber Dragon. If people just throw these into any deck then they will call them staple is debatable. Now I’m not bashing on these cards but Konami did bring them out to early and they didn’t anticipate the over abuse of the monsters.

So if you want to email me other cards that you want me to go over as staple cards I will.

Email me at fire_phoenix5589@yahoo.com

Yeah….I can’t think anymore so go ahead and email me and then I will review the cards as staples. I will put it into my next article and I will credit the cards as staples or not and then I will relate what type of deck they belong in. Thank again BJ Griffin.

In the famous words of General Macarthur, “I will return.” (NOTE: I am studying WW2 at the moment and I should be doing my homework. Try throwing down this week.
