Scapegoat+Horn of Heaven

YEah you all know what Im talking about. If you ever read the Master of 
Monarchs older Tourney reports, you'll see this trick. BAsically you pop 
off a Scapegoat in standby phase then nail the summoning with Horn of 
HEaven by offering a goat. 

Anteaus I'm coming for you and this is the start of the change. You have 
called down the Thunder, now reap the Whirldwind.
