Legal Egyptian God deck ---------- Original Message ---------------------------------- From: SilverCross2020@aol.com Date: Wed, 30 Mar 2005 12:27:55 EST This is mostly a casual and fun deck, which probally with very little tweaking could potentially become competitive in tournament play. The idea for it came up when I was chatting with a few friends that complained that the Egyptian God Cards aren't legal for use. I promtply pointed out that both Horus and Nephthys (Though I had to ask a friend that knew a lot about Egyptian myth about Nephthys) are technically Egyptian God cards. As a result I built a deck in compliance with the April 1st Advanced Format Banned/Restricted list that would utilize both of these magificant creatures as well as various support. Name: Egyptian God Deck Monsters: 19 Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV8 x1 Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV6 x2 Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV4 x3 Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys x1 Hand of Nephthys x2 Jinzo Zombyra the Dark x3 Breaker the Magical Warrior x1 Tribe-Infecting Virus x1 Sangan x1 Magician of Faith x2 Sinister Serpent x1 Spells: 15 Monster Reincarnation x1 Lightning Vortex x1 Swords of Revealing Light x1 Pot of Greed x1 Gracefull Charity x1 Reload x1 Level Up! x2 Snatch Steal Premature Burial Wicked-Breaking Flamberge - Baou x2 Mystical Space Typhoon x1 Heavy Storm x1 Giant Trunade x1 Traps: 8 Judgement of Anubis x1 Deck Devastation Virus x1 Mirror Force x1 Magic Cylinder x1 Ring of Destruction x1 Raigeki Break x1 Call of the Haunted x1 Ceasefire x1 Just a side note to all those that call Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys a male, it's actually a female. Not only does the picute show this, but according to my friend that I asked about Nephthys, Nephthys was the wife of Set and had an affair with Osiris, which prompted Set to try and kill Osiris. She also is the mother of Anubis. And there you've got it. My name's Raikoo and you can contact me either by e-mail at SilverCross2020@aol.com or on AIM as SilverCross2020
