The Reality of the Ban/An overlooked card

Hmm, I believe I already stated my opinion on the list, but now that 
I have been playing "post-ban" with my friends for the last few weeks, 
I now see just how crappy it is.  After I say why Konami/Upper Deck/THE 
MAN!!! should all kick themselves repeatedly, I'll talk about a card 
which should REALLY see more play than it does (I hope to make this a 
trend with all of my comments/tips.

Item 1: GRACEFUL CHARITY/PAINFUL CHOICE

Now, if you know me, you know I'm not much for card advantage/disadvantage.  
I care about big things likes DD then Pot, but I'm not gonna whine about 
having to discard as long as it lets me gain control over another aspect 
of the game.  Graceful is pure broken with Sinister/Night Assailant, but 
it's unbanning only allowed haphazardness to replace strategy.  Painful 
allowed deck AND hand manipulation, you were able to SEARCH(keyword) for 
specific cards and discard them.  Can anyone Painful "RFG to summon monsters", 
Painful + TWRA, Painful + Tributes?  That last one is the clencher as with 
Painful, we were able to use 3, sometimes even 4 tribs without sacrificing 
too much speed.  I will however say that Graceful allows you to go deeper into 
the deck which is always a plus,  but with Graceful, we are stuck randomly 
drawing and discarding.  I won't continue into the MANY other reasons as to 
why this was a dumb-ass move, instead, I will move on to an even dumber one

Item 2: DELINQUENT DUO

Remember what I said about card advantage?  Discount that for this section :).  
Seriously, this card is just sick opening hand.  By your first draw, your limited 
to 4 cards without even playing anything!!  

Item 3: V-LORD

Oy.... why?  He was broken with only one copy and 3 turtles to grab him.
Now, he is going to do something that I hate to see, he's gonna leave his genre 
and go into other decks besides Zombie.  HINT: If you dont want to see cards 
banned... DON'T ABUSE THEM!!  Why do you think Imperial, a card that could allow 
decks like SoDM and Last Warrior Decks to thrive is gone???  Cuz people used it as 
a free Jammer.  Now, all Konami has done is given us a reason to abuse an otherwise 
respectable card into the same amount of hatred most have for CED.

Last Item for today:  BLS

Ok, I love this card, but this must be said... WHY ISNT HE BANNED?????
Seriously, CoH and Magical Scientist, two ways to deal with him are now gone.  
True, he suffered from the loss of Painful Choice, and I suppose he is needed to 
keep V-Lords in check, but that could've been rectified by letting us keep Painful 
and leaving V-Lord at one now couldn't it?

And now for the grossly under looked card, My Body as a Shield.  Really, I see nno 
one using this and it is just awesome.  Most of the time, when I use it to save  
monster, I would have taken more than the 1500 I took to save it from battle damage 
alone.  This protects Warrior swarms, ensures the safety of your nomi monsters, 
kicks Nobleman of Crossout in the forbidden zone, and is a decent counter to mass 
removal.  I run 1 and I'm going to try running two.  It really is worth the cost 
and it's only a common, so you have no excuse to not try it out.
