GSun's Yu-gi-oh! Artical No. 3 - Moke Moke Duel Monsters Monster Look Ats GSun253926337@msn.com Artical #3 - Moke Moke If you really feel the need, please spend the next five or so minutes laughing your self to pieces about the topic. If you are willing to listen and only chuckle a little (I'm laughing as I write this), then good for you! Moke Moke is one of those 'Why the heck is it rare?' cards. It's a sort print (possibly a super short print), making it harder to get then cards like 'Mystical Shine Ball'. In my opinion, it's everything that 'Skull Servant' should have been. It's got the same stats, 300 attack and 200 defense. (NOTE: you might have to change the the order if those. Either why, the stats are pathetic.) Yes this card was crap when it came out. Wait. No it wasn't. AST was the set of the underdogs. Anything that had a low level, no effect, or both was slowly becoming playable (super slowly). Cards like 'Triangle Power' Make cards like 'Moke Moke' a threat for one turn until the power they're given overloads them and forces them to explode. But then traps like 'Human Wave Motion (cannon?)' and 'Order to Charge/Smash' can let you cash in on your insurance and give you a shinny, new wimp, or let you sacrifice them to cause havoc on the field. RSD liked 'Moke Moke' as well. The cards 'Moke Moke King' and 'Moke Moke Smack Down' sort of help him out. 'Moke Moke King' is one of those cards, like 'Gaia the Dragon Champion', where some people shove him into the fusion deck just to be weird. I don't think MMK is worth it because if your were to go build a Moke Moke deck, you'd be giving up all of your 'Moke Moke's in one, pointless fusion. MMK's effect gives you as many 'Moke Moke's as you have in your graveyard when he dies. Maybe I'm missing some super OHKO combo or something, but the King makes Skull Servent look godly. 'Moke Moke Smack Down' on the other hand, is pretty good. Sure, being a continuous spell it's weak to your standard spell/trap removal, but what isn't? It's not that difficult to annoy your opponet with this card. Slap a Shinning Angel, The Sanctuary in the Sky, The Smack-Down, and a good old Moke Moke on the field and watch the fire works. Sure, you'll need to defend the Moke Moke, but if you got a threat like a possible 3300 attacker looming over you, you'll most likely try to remove that threat first, possibly wasting a card in the processes. Moke Moke is an unusual card with many ways to pronounce the name. If you'd like to do something crazy, then try a Moke Moke deck. Keycards include: Shinning Angel, MMSD, and The Sanctuary in the Sky. That's all I feel that I need to type today, but I'd like to thank Testaros25@aol.com for helping me out. Definitely read his articles before you do stupid things, like sleeping and homework! I'd like to get someone to propose a topic for an upcoming article. I'm not sure what the next ones will be about. I'd like to write one about my favorite trap card, so that's what I'll do! Expect a trap card (yeah, I said monsters only, but I changed my mind). But if a reader has a more underrated, but playable card then this, they'll win and be written about. Call it a contest.
