the banlist, present and future

Since everyone else is doing it, I figured why not, ill do it. What 
cards should be on or off the banlist?
Should be off:
Dark Hole: Will someone PLEASE explain to me why they took off dark 
hole and left Heavy Storm? I realize that an s/t array can be redone 
easier than monsters, but come on!!! Dark Hole kills all monsters, 
just like Heavy Storm kills all s/t’s. Raigeki and HFD deserve to be 
banned, but dark hole and heavy storm are ok.
Graceful Charity: Draw 3, discard 2. Has combos, abuses Sinister, 
but this card is meant for the restricted list, not the banned list.
Sangan: Taking witch and sangan off is too much. Sangan can’t take 
any of the high-level stuff WotBF can, and taking both off crippled 
exodia decks. WotBF should be banned, sangan should be restricted. 
Remember the good old days when Sangan was only limited and witch was 
restricted?
Should be On:
Black Luster Soldier, Envoy of the Beginning- number one with a bullet. 
This is actually my favorite card in yugioh, and I kinda feel like im 
betraying myself, but 3000 ATK, two attacks, remove anything, easily 
special summoned? In my opinion, this is the most powerful card in the 
game, even nastier than CED. He’s just too powerful for advanced format.
Fiber Jar- Number two with a bullet. I just love that phrase. The power 
to reset the game nearly completely, get a free shot at the opponent, is 
just sick.
Injection Fairly Lily- If the effect took place before traps were 
activated, this might be acceptable for the restricted list. Paying 2000 
and then getting hit with waboku, sakuretsu armor, ring, magic cylinder, 
etc, would make it acceptable. But not activating until after traps are 
activated makes this hot little nurse way too powerful.
Sinister Serpent- Brace for impact. I know I’m going to get hate mail for 
this one. But this combo-crazy little snake just has too much potential. 
He’s gotta go.
