I was playin my friend the other day and I used this to kick his butt.

Cards needed:
Magic------Spring of Rebirth (Opptional but helped) 
Monsters-Tsukuyomi
A monster with a nice flip effect (ex. Hane-hane,man-eater bug)

Play Spring of Rebirth on the field and then if you dont already 
place out your flip effect monster. Next turn use the effect. 
Then in the same turn place out Tsukuyomi and flip your monster 
back over allowing you to use his effect again.
Then Tsukuyomi's other effect makes her come back to your hand 
at the end of your turn. When this happens you gain 500LP from 
Spring of Rebirth.
