Hi, im here to lecture all you duelists on a deck not to commonly seen, talked, or discussed about..... the Last Turn deck. let me tell you one thing, and that is this deck has spunk and can go against the rest of them.
First off, this deck relies on speed, 3 main cards, and stalling, perfect for those of use who just like to relax and laugh at our opponets as they fumble around for their precious cards.
What you most know already is that there are three main card nesscesary to the foundation to this deck and they are
1. Jowgen the Spiritualist
2. Last turn
3. Wall of revealing light (WRL)
Don't assume that wrl is the only card need for this deck but it works the fastest and is what enables the firt turn kill. Other cards include, inspection, jiria gumo, injection lily, and there are others believe me.
But what is truly interesting about this deck is that (from personal experiance) no one or hardly anyone runs thi type of deck, personally it rocks in my opinion since playing it i havent lost a single duel and have won three tournaments in my nieghbourhood consisting of 25-30 duelists each.
But back to the deck strategy. Speed plays an important factor in this deck, you want the cards in your hand and fast. so i suggest a couple of thinners:
1. peten (i dont care what you say this card rocks, it stalls and thins)
2. howling insect( this baby is just like peten)
3. gather your mind (severly underlooked)
4. the obvious, painful and mirage of nightmare
these cards are somewhat like a staple in this deck they thin it out and asist you in stalling opponents atks.
Now i run three jowgen's, and 3 wrl, and 2 last turns, but you can take out a wall if you feel its too crowded.
The rest of the deck should focuses on stopping that jinzo, monster removal, m/t negation, and graveyard recovery. so put in at leats 2 masks of darkness, a hammer shot or related card and definitly a solemn judgement (it can stop anything, the "ultimate insurance").
Its funny to say that my friends are seething in rage when i play this combo (jowgen, last turn , and wrl) on thier 1st turn, but hey thats what won my my first tourny. I highly recommend this deck to all thoughs who are seeking a thrill in duel and want to supricse there opponent.
