3 Card Barrier Combo - Lord of the Mix


This is a little 3 card combo that's not that hard to pull off. But I 
recommend using this combo in the Advanced format to avoid the mass 
amounts of S/T removal in Traditional. Here it is:
 
Astral Barrier
 
Spirit Barrier
 
Des Counter Blow
 
Here's how it works: With Astral Barrier, you can make any of your 
opponents attacks, direct attacks instead. Spirit Barrier reduces 
battle damage to zero as long as you have at least one monster on 
your side of the field, and finally Des Counter Blow destroys any 
monster that attacks directly. With this combo, attacks will mean 
nothing to you, as long as Jinzo, MST, Heavy Storm, etc. 
doesn't get in the way. Another similar combo is using Tornado Wall 
with Umi, Astral Barrier, and Des Counter Blow, but that requires 
more cards. I hope this combo helps.
