How to Build a Deck, the REAL way -Alboski
How are you doing fellow Duelaholic's I want to help begginer's and anyone else who need's it make there Deck as best they can. Now everybody has there own opinion on this matter but... I am the only one who's right.(just kidding) Now to make your Deck you must first start by buying some card's, your best bet is to Buy Yugi's Evolution Deck first because it has more solid card's like Pot of Greed and Axe of Despair but you really shouldnt make your entire deck out of SD(Starter Deck) card's because you wont be on many people's level and it might discourage you if you lose every time, but also take into acount your money factor also try and buy a Tin or 2, if you do not want the cover card the best 2 are Jinzo and Buster Blader because you might be able to trade them to a more experienced Duelist for more card's to help your Deck.

-Some of the Basic's-
-Pot of Greed - Yugi's Evolution SD
-Graceful Charity - Joey's SD
-Premature Burial - Kaiba's Evolution SD
-Mystical Space Typhoon - Pegasus' SD
-Witch of the Black Forest - Pegasus' SD
-Sangan - Yugi's Evolution SD
-Monster Reborn - Any SD
-Change of Heart - Any SD
-Dark Hole - Any SD

Now these are just some of the card's you can put in any Deck and they should do good but you should take into account a few thing's before you put any card into your Deck

    -The Deck Building Law-

-Try to keep your Deck as close to 40 card's as possible because you can get your combo's out quicker if you have less card's to go through but remember 40 card's isnt mandatory and if it work's for your Deck have as many card's as you want just test it and see if it work's out.

-Alway's test your Deck try not to play a Deck unless you have tried it out and seen it's strength and weakness.

-Read the Card of th Day review's here at Pojo's on the card's you use and see if there are any combo's that go with the card's in your Deck.

-Take mental note's when you do play, why did you lose , why did you win. Not Enough Monster's, not enough S/T support for my Monster's, was my opponent just better... ask your self these question's and change your Deck accordingly.

-Know your Meta Game, dont use Anti Chaos card's if your Meta Game is Beat-Down.

-Dont be afraid to ask some people for a little help most of the Duelist's I know will give you a few pointer's just dont bug them during a match or while trading.

-Look at all possible card's then slowly narrow them down to the best one's for your Deck.

-Dont just throw thing's in your Deck because you seen it work in another player's Deck consider the card or combo and how often you might be able to get it off in your Deck and if it hurt's any of your other card's.

Those are pretty much the Basic's of Deck building but remember practice make's perfect and try and be patient it is not easy making your Deck great it take's time. If you are still having trouble with your deck E-mail a complete Deck list to me and I will tell you my Opinion, also remember I can be wrong so if something does not work dont use it I wont be Mad at ya.

PS: Here is trick when buying Pack's find a place that will let you "feel" the Pack's, then put your index finger on the top of the Pack and your thumb on the bottom and gently flex the Pack but not to hard (cause you break it you bought it) now the point to flexing the pack is this the harder it is to flex the better the chance of there being a Holo in the pack how do I know this well it make's sense the Holo card's have more layer's than the common's so they are thicker which make's them harder to flex. Also note that there are only about 5-6 holo's in each Box so if you feel like there are more you need a little more practice.
