The Drain Away Deck-by Android Psycho LK

The Drain Away Deck, or Deck Destruction, is a very powerful deck, not to be 
underestimated. With tourney decks averaging 40 to 43 cards, it is a simple 
task to destroy your opponent. No more cards to draw is something duelists 
are unaware of until he or she really has no more cards to draw. Oh well. I 
just lost a tourney on deck no cards, so I will have my revenge.

Cards essential for Deck-Draining.
Hino Taku-Tsughi (Spirit-When this card damages your opponent's life points, 
he discards his whole hand the next turn before he draws. 8star, attk 2800, 
def 2900) Ok this is hard to summon. BUT never mind. Its effect has nothing 
to do with deck destruction. Ok. It limits your opponent to just one card in 
his hand on his next turn.

Bistro Butcher
1800, 1000 Your opponent draws two cards when this car damages your opponent.

Sasuke Samurai 3
1000, 1000 Your opponent draws until he has seven cards in his hand when this 
card attacks.

Card Destruction
DUH

I forgot the name, I remember the effect (i'll call it forgot name) When you 
discard, your opponent discards the same number of cards.

Needle WOrm
Flip, discard top five cards from opponent's deck.

Robbin Goblin
Limits your opponent if he has Exodia

effective.
