 Theinen the Great Sphinx instant win! - yugiohfans

Hi, this is my first tip so don't hate me just yet.

I use a very succesful sphinx deck. I don't like the fact that Theinen is 
so rediculous, and that it's what you trade to n00bs for good cards. If 
you wrote a review like that then I just wanna ask you one thing. Did you 
ever sit and build a deck around Theinen? Did you even actually use it in 
a duel!?!

My deck is built completely around the sphinx cards. My deck is filled with 
so many cards to get rid of Pyramid. Emergency Provisions is a good one.
You can also use two pronged attack or dark hole to get rid of the lesser 
sphinxes. However, my favorite is the Giant Trunade combo. When used 
correctly (and it does take a little preparation) you have an instant win.

Here's what you need:-

Theinen the great sphinx (obviously)
Andro Sphinx
Sphinx Teleia
Pyramid of Light
Giant Trunade
Raigeki
Choice card

I'll explain the choice card in a minute but first let me explain  the combo.
First, you get out Pyramid of Light. Then pay 1000 to summon Andro 
Sphinx and Sphinx Teleia. Then activate Giant Trunade and Raigeki. 
That will destroy your two sphinxes so you can summon Theinen. It will 
also get rid of every card your opponent has on the field, so now their 
wide open for a direct attack. Now comes the choice card. You pay another 
500 to make Theien's attack 6500 however, if your going for a full 
life-point wipeout (8000 in one go) you'll need another card. I like to 
use Megamorph as your life-points would probably be lower than your 
opponent's since you just paid a total of 2000 life-points. However, you 
can also use wild nature release or as such to increase Theinen's attack 
enough, or you can use ring of destruction for life-point drain.
