Okay then. Well this is my first report on Pojo, so don't critisise it please, readers.
 
I believe that there are several overlooked types, including plant, sea serpent, insect, etc., but I am here to talk to you about beast and beast-warrior-typed cards, most importantly, Beserk Gorilla and Friends.
    I haven't yet seen a Beast-typed deck around at my local tournaments, and I don't currently run one myself (although I am thinking of doing so). Beast-type decks have amazing trampling abilities and swarm abilities. I, myself think that trample is an underestimated power. All this tramplage power that beast-types have gained is due to one card; the almighty Enraged Battle Ox. No, we are not talking about Kaiba's puny normal version that he adores (maybe not as much as Obelisk or Blue Eyes White Dragon). We are talking about the Enraged Battle Ox, the undisputed best trampler there is (Spear goes to defense, ready to be trampled, Airnight and Mefeist are tribute, rest are weaker), as it is a 1700 flawless trample monster, that provides trample to all other beast, beast-warrior and winged-beast-types. Some other very,very notable beast or beast-warriors are the Beserk Gorilla and Manticore of Darkness. Beserk Gorilla is a 2000 attack beast type with no real flaws, and Manticore just keeps coming back. With an Enraged Battle Ox, two Manticores and two Beserk Gorillas on the field, your opponent would probably be dead in a couple turns, unless they topdecked raigeki or dark hole. Mystical Knight of Jackal is another quite notable Beast-Warrior (or Beast), as with Enraged Battle Ox on the field, your opponent would be in a kind of Jackal-lock.
