Summon Beter Relinquished

You will need:
Relinquished
Sonic Bird
Witch of the Black Forest
Black Illusion Ritual
Monster Reborn
Black Pendant
Ring of Magnetism
lvl. 4 monster

Their are two ways of summoning it,
# 1. The "normal way"
# 2. Sacrifice Relinquished for a lvl. 4 monster, 
then play Monster Reborn, And get Relinquished. 
Then put the two equip cards on him.
