Subject: Rant on Stealing - Siphon_X Hello fellow duelists and (hopefully not) cheaters: Recently I have been ripped off by a certain someone, and I have learned a valuable lesson, but he/she will get their comeuppance. I traded online, because of his/her persuasion, but he/she did not realize what they had got themselves into. This message is for all ripper-offers, and it is plain and simple. Federal law says that an intent to contract is enforceable. Yes it may not be on paper, but by any means of offer and acceptance, there is a valid contract. Breaking this contract, or using fraudulent misrepresentation is a federal crime and requires justice.....any hints to what this means? A minor breaking this law may be required to go to a juvenile detention center and will face a minimum fee of $300.00. An adult breaking this law, if fraud is indeed present, will spend up to 2 years behind bars, plus punitive damages and will face the fee of what they took. Something as simple as a piece of cardboard can throw 2 years out of your life away. Now why would anyone ever steal? I have no idea, but there is one thing certain: Caught and you will be convicted. Those who steal are fools, and they will face their comeuppance. Don't believe me, do you? Where has stealing gotten you in life? Have you been able to win a tournament by stealing? Do you feel proud of yourself? A theif deserves no more than the bare minimum. Don't get me wrong, I am not perfect. Just look at the message I am trying to give to you. All ye who cheat, YOU SUCK AT LIFE! - Siphon_X (aka the angered duelist) AIM: mrfilbertiert email: pyroboy72@hotmail.com
