Subject: Addendum to The Sacred Cards Review I forgot several details in the previous review: 1) You can input cards into the game based on their numerical password, just like in the Worldwide Edition. The difference is that when you input a card in the The Sacred Cards, it goes to the card shop and you have to spend money to buy it. 2) The duel system includes a feature from the old Forbidden Memories game. Certain monster attributes have unbeatable advantages over each other. The attributes are arranged in a Rock-Paper-Scissors type format - it looks like a circle when drawn out. If two monsters with adjoining attributes battle, the monster with the superior attribute always wins, regardless of ATK and DEF points. For example: Thunder beats Aqua, and Aqua beats Pyro (these are attributes in The Sacred Cards even though they are monster types in the trading card game). Electric Lizard is Thunder. It will beat any Aqua monster, regardless of ATK. If 7 Colored Fish at 1800 ATK is Aqua, and Electric Lizard at 850 ATK is Thunder, Electric Lizard can kill 7 Colored Fish without taking damage. But, by the same token, 7 Colored Fish can kill ANY Pyro monster, regardless of ATK, even if it's like 3000 ATK. The circle of attributes goes all the way back around until Earth beats Thunder. And what's more, there's actually two different circles of attributes. There are 10 altogether: 6 attributes form one circle, and 4 others form a different circle. Attributes from different circles do not affect each other, and a monster has only one attribute. Each monster’s attribute comes from one circle or the other (you don't get one of each). 3) The game does not save automatically. You have to go and save it in your room at the starting area. You can always get back there, though. Sorry to have left these details out the first time. Catch me with questions, comments, criticism, and ideas at SamTiger54@yahoo.com. Have fun! Tiger
