my name is cesar i´m from guayaqui, ecuador, southamerica i woulkd like 
give info to you about the yugioh game here in ecuador and how it develops 
also if i could help you with info about cards ratings or deck them configuration


people in guayaquil still wonder where to play or even how to play, most of 
them follow the rules of the gameboy advance games.  Some have heard about 
your page and others like it through my friends and I and we want to help 
them understanding the game
also it would be good if you cloud help us get some support from upperdeck 
to officalize tournaments and prizes, and why not post from time to time the 
course of these tournaments

A store is organizing duels on a local mall every saturday at 15h00 and we 
are going to be there and try to get s many info as we can so we can post it 
if you let us in your page
