Subject: Originality - Kid Echo Hello fellow duelist. This is Kid Echo coming to drop some of my bottomless pit of opinions on you all. First, lets start it off with a question. Is it just me, or when SomeGuy posted his Clown Control deck, did every uninventive newbie with an Internet connection try to make a copy of it? In example, just check out the Killer Decks section. There are at least 4 Clown Control decks posted. Just because you give it a different name doesn't mean it's a different deck. Copied decks don't do very well, because you don't know how to use the deck nor do you know the hidden combos that lie within a good duelist's deck. In a good duelist's deck, every card is in for a reason. The average person will not see this from just reading a decklist. This goes for all copied decks, not just clown decks. In conclusion, show some ORIGINALITY. Think of what kind of theme you want your deck to have, such as; beatdown, burn, deckout, etc. Then build around that theme. The game of Yu-Gi-Oh is more about having fun with building your decks, rather than copying other duelist's winning decks and calling them your own. But... maybe that's just me.
