Subject: Tips to bulding a great deck

      ok iv been playing this card game for a long time and ive read a lot 
of tips and heres how i see it


Ok first tip always have more monster cards than magic/trap cards, you 
should have about a 23:17 ratio becaues u NEED monsters to attack and 
defend your life points and most magic and trap cards wont help out much if 
you dont have any monsters on the field.

2.  For every tribute monster always have two
non-tribute monsters with an attack of 1700 or higher or a def. of 2000 or 
higher or a trap card that will stop your opponets attack

3.If u have a monster with a 2600 attack or higher (ie barrel dragon or 
buster blade) put it in your deck if u have room  these are great cards 
even if your deck dosent focous on useing them.

4.cards like de-spell and remove trap are cards that usualy wont help out 
in most duels but keep them in your side deck just in case your opponet is 
playing a deck that dosent have many anti-trap/magic cards(like my deck)

5.never have more than 1 Jeri-gumo in your deck turst me they eat away at 
your life points faster than u think if u dont know how to use them.

6.even if u play a beatdown deck have a few good effect monster cards (ie 
MEB and mad sword beast) these cards will help clear the field and drain 
away your opponets life points

7.NEVER try to make a deck uesing little combos like lord of d. and flut of 
summining dragon or dna surgery with insect barrier. pick a theme and build 
a deck around it. Only add little combos if u have room for it in your deck 
after u made deck

8. dont be afraid to go over 40 cards with your deck as long as u have 
cards that help u draw cards (PoG and WotBF) u will be fine.

9.always have at least 3 lvl four cards in your deck with 2000 def. because 
everybody has to play deffinsivly soemetimes.

10.  Dont play cards just because they look strong or have a good effect 
(ie dont play cyber jar in your beatdown deck) because u will probably just 
end up destroying your strong monsters and drawing mabe 2 lvl 4 monsters 
and a bunch of tribute monsters) only play cards that help inprove your deck
