Subject: Tips for just about evryone-MikeyD Ok. i'm not exactly the most experience duelist on earth. i'm not the suckiest either. But there are some things that u should know. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS "perfect" DECK STRATAGY!!! THERE IS ALSO NO SUCH THING AS A SUPER CRAPPY CARD THAT DOSN"T FIT INTO YOUR DECK!!! You need to be diverse. There are people at my tournament who are always pulling the same trick dayafterdaydayafterdaydayafterdaydayafterday and they are very predictable. Also, there is no very good number of cards. I have 60 cards in my deck and I've actually beaten some experienced duelists at the tournament. Its good to have a good round short number of cards in your deck, but if u run out of cards... Another thing. Like I said earlier, people always use the same stratagies. MAke an ideal deck. A good deck. Save the recipe on your computer. Now every week change your deck a little so your opponent dosn't know what your going to do. HAve a few counter cards in your deck. like magic drain/jammer, 7 tools of the bandit, even a trap hole is sufficient. Also, be diverse in your deck style. Don't concentrate on making your deck about 1-2 things only. Add a whole lot. For example: I have a defence/beatdown/handdestruction/dragon/grave power/and feild destruction stratagies. Because of this, its hard to counter. Just start out with the best stratagie in your hand at the current time. When one fails, move to another or stall untill myou get a good one. ALWAYS HAVE A LAST DITCH EFFORT!! thats why they made jirai gumo. I hope that all of this penetrated the thick skulls of the duelists who think that they are gods, and the little spnge-like-brains of our future duelists. Good luck, and never give up till either persons lifepoints are at 0, or if u are staring strait into exodia. Just call me mikeyD. U can reach me at WEIRD_AL_SHOW@hotmail.com. ciao
