On Tiger's reply to that scenario he stated the same explanation I stated 
in "Corrections to the Augistish Tips" because I forgot to look over the 
August 20th tips.  Sorry, I'm a little disoriented now after vacation...

We were both wrong.  =/

Serpentine Princess' effect doesn't activate until after Morphing Jar #2's 
effect, since an effect cannot occur in the middle of another card's 
effect.  Jowgen wouldn't be summoned in the first place, and Morphing Jar 
#2's effect would proceed normally.
