Subject: Great Traps- The Divine Dragon One of the most important aspects of the Yu-Gi-Oh trading card game is the use of magics and traps. Here I will post a few traps that I own that have always helped me out of crucial situations and have led me to victory. Call of the Haunted- With this card I see another Monster Reborn. The only differece really is that this card stays on the field and if it gets destroyed then the summoned monster is destroyed. Your opponent destroys Suijin or Relinquished with Dark Hole or Raigeki, playing this brings a very valuable monster back. Spellbinding Circle- Though the effect of this cards seems weak, this has been one of the most helpful cards that I have ever played. Say your opponent gets that lucky draw and plays Relinquished or a toon monster or any other powerful card for that matter. They are pretty much worthless if they can't attack. Activate this and stop them in their tracks. This will give you the time you need to draw the monster, magic, or trap you need to destroy it. Gravity Bind- This card is especially good if you play a "stall" deck. This card prevents any monsters of 4 stars or higher from attacking. You may also want to keep this in your deck and play it if you become open for an attack. Most of the time an opponent would only attack with 4 star or higher monsters. That way you can stall, get the monsters you need, then destroy it with one of your own cards and take it to your opponent. Magic Jammer- Discard one card from your hand to negate the activation of a magic card and destroy it. This card is extremely easy to find cause it can be found in the Pegasus starter deck. Opponent plays Monster Reborn, play it. Opponent plays Dark Hole or Raigeki, play it. Simple enough. 7 Tools of the Bandit- Pay 1000 points to negate the activation of a trap and destroy it. If your opponent plays any traps named above or any trap that would kill your chances of winning, then play this card. This card can also be found in the new Joey and Pegasus starter decks.
