Subject: Correction to MajinUltima's interpretation of "Trap Hole" - The
Dragon Master

I was reasding "Tips for Not Cheating" I noticed him/her mentioned that a 
trap hole is only to be used if your opponent summons a monster at the same 
turn.  I don't mean to bring down Ultima's tips on playing the rules right 
but i feel that the tipster is partially wrong about certain situations 
about when you can and cannot activate "trap hole".

TRAP HOLE

"If the ATK of a monster summoned by your opponent (excluding Special 
Summon) is 1000 points or more, the monster is destroyed."


Notice how the this card DOESN'T say "summoned by your opponent on the same 
turn"  and notice that there is NOT a rule in the Rulebook that say that a 
monster looses its "summoned" status.  That should mean that Trap Hole can 
be use as a regular trap card and use it the same way as any normal trap 
card to destroy any monster over 1000 ATK your opponent summoned on 
prevoious and current turn the trap is played.

For example if your opponent plays the Summuned Skull as a normal summon and 
your opponent plays a magic card, your opponent should be able to play the 
trap and destroy Summoned Skull. (see Chains Page 19)

If your oppenent enters the battle phase, that is the time when you can play 
the trap card so you can use that to send any 1000+ ATK monster that has the 
"summoned" status to the Graveyard. The page can be also be activated played 
when your opponent selects the attacking and tareget monster. (See Battle 
Phase Quick Reference Chart Page 27)

Trap hole can even be played after your opponent plays an Effect Monster 
because when you play the an Effect Monster,  the Chain Rule starts and the 
last card in the will be the first to have the effect then going down to 
secon-to-last and so-on. For example,if your opponent plays Barrel Dragon or 
Lord of D. you can play the trap hole to destroy the effect card BEFORE the 
effect of the moster card takes place because the effects in a chain start 
with the most recently played. (Read Chains, Page 19.)

I respesct a person who speaks out on how he thinks the rules think but I 
think MajinUltimo made a mistake with the rules of "Trap Hole", but Heck, my 
interpretation could be wrong too.
