Look, I know all of you people are trying to be helpful, but I just can't stand reading the same tip over and over again under different names. I must have read that "Insect Barrier" + "DNA Surgery" combo 15 thousand times. Another thing, obvious tips aren't tips, just a waste of space. You can mention a card, and then talk about a few strategies with it, but a strategy for a card isn't re-reading the text on it. Duh taking a Blue-Eyes with Relinquished is powerful. But, really, who hasn't alredy though of that? That's why the card is and ULTRA-Rare. If it couldn't do that, it would be a common. Another obvious one is with Enchanted Javelin. If you haven't thought by now of using that to gain Life Points, please shoot me. Another thing, why all of the hatred towards beatdown decks? Some of us don't go to the store every week and buy $50 worth of cards every visit. That's basically what you need to do to create those other high-tech decks. And anyway, I'd like to see a burn and a counter-strike deck go at each other some day. Chances are that it won't be nearly as interesting as seeing a monster removal and BEATDOWN duking it out. Yet another thing, as lousy as Upper Deck is, they created every card. Therefore, there is no such thing as a "cheap" combo. The cards are there to use, why not use tham as best as you can? Likewise, there is no such thing as an "ultimate" combo. Too many cards nowadays are designated to stopping cards. The classic De- Spell can halt many combos in their tracks. Not to mention Prohibition. Prohibition can keep all of those single-card oriented decks in the trashcan. That makes a mixed beatdown deck actually one of the harder ones to counter.
