Subject: Rant on Times Effect can be Used- Xerotolerance

Look just to clear this up to hopefully save a couple more people from being 
screwed over at tournaments like i was, If an effect monster card doesn't say 
how much its effect can be used, then it can be used as many times as the 
player can meet the requirements and wants to. For example, in my case, Cannon 
Soldier's effect has nothing written on it to say the number of times it can be 
used, but its from Metal Raiders, right, so is Barrel Dragon and Sagna of the 
Thunder. Barrel Dragon says on the card that its effect can be used "ONCE PER 
TURN" and Sagna of the thunder  says on it that its effect can be used "ONCE 
PER GAME" so, no one thinks the people at Konami or Upperdeck are stupid enough 
to print the limits on some cards with limits on them but not all of them. God 
im having Friggin flashbacks to that decision even though it was weeks ago 
"ONCE PER GAME Cannon Soldier's effect can be used" ARRRRRGGHHHH!!! THE HORROR!!!!
