Subject: correction on more tips - wartortle32

These are the correction on the tips form the fans for
August 15th.

For yamimike@hotmail.com's tip:  That doesn't work. 
You haven't tributed 2 monsters to bring out BEWD.

For Colin Miller's tip:  You cant equip ring of
magnetism to the opponent.  It's a japanese ruling. 
Don't ask me why.  And block attack isn't an equip
magic card.  The effect only lasts for 1 turn.

For Tipmaster2025's tip: That's not what targeted
means.  Targeted means where the player chooses a
specific target for the target of an effect.  The
player playing raigeki does not choose at all which
monster is the target of raigeki, so therefore it is
not a targeted effect.

For andrison50@123.com's tip: Horn of heaven stops the
summon of a monster.  Playing stop defense on a face
down monster does not summon that monster.  It has
merely been flipped, so therefore, you cant use horn
of heaven to kill it.

For Lawrence's tip:  Monsters cannot have negative
stats.  They will stop at 0.  And non-maching types
attacking steel scorpion die after 3 turns.  And you
cannot equip magic cards to face down monsters.

For haydockfamliy@cwctv.net's tip:  This is one of the
funniest tips in a while.  You cannot use elegant
egotist on man eater bug.  You must use it on the
harpy lady.

For sion barzhad's tip:  The last will doesn't work
because the BEWD is not yours.  The monster that is
sent to the graveyard must be yours in order for last
will to work.

For Leo's tip:  The wicked worm beast only returns to
your hand if it is still alive at the end of your
turn.  If it is in the graveyard, then it wont return
to your hand.
