Polymerization

Combo:
This combo is what makes the Twin Headed Thunder Dragon soooo easy to 
summon.
First all you need is a Polymerization in your hand and a Thunder Dragon as 
well. First sacrifice the Thunder Dragon to the Graveyard using his effect 
to retreave up to two thunder dragons from your deck. Then play 
polymerization and you have a Twin Headed Thunder Dragon.
This monster is so easy to summon that you could have it out on your FIRST 
TURN!!! How do you think your opponent will deal with that?
