correct,
If your opponent used Trap Hole on your Blue Eyes
White Dragon ( In this scenario ), you could not use a Monster Reborn, because
its Spell Speed is 1, and can't be used as a Chain Link in a chain.
You could, however, say that you don't want to
respond, then play Monster Reborn normally.
Just noticed this, so I decided to correct
it.
