Pojo's Yu-Gi-Oh! Reader's Top Ten Lists

 Kyle's TopTen Unnoticed Beasts

Now the term "beastdown" has gotten really popular though few use a few of the cards I use every day in my own deck. Here are just the top Ten. ( Forgive me if Any of my combo's are illegal, I haven't been to a tourney in a while)

10. Hyena 3 star Earth with 1000/300 as it's stat's. Searchable and slips under the radar on a few cards, it's true goodness is it's effect. Kill one in battle and all the ones in your deck hop out on the field. However that's why it's only 10. If you have one in your hand, it isn't summoned. Still, free monsters with a deck shuffle, which is always good.

9. Berserk Gorilla 4 star Earth with a decent 2000/1000. Staple for most decks at one time.. until it's effect started hurting. It HAS to attack every turn and if it's switched to defense it's destroyed! But seeing as it's job is to be a beatstick anyway,I guess it doesn't matter.

8. Big Koala 7 star 2700/2000 Earth. No one likes him much, as he hasno effect. His purpose is to bring out 2 or 1 in the list with some combos.
Cute card art though

7. Des Koala 3 star Dark 1100/1800. Not too shabby and it's flip effect deals 300 points of damage for each card in your opponent's hand. Plus, with Wild Nature's Release, it's got some real power to it for something that can slip under with Hyena...And searchable (though with Dark Tomato rather than Giant Rat)

6. An old one: Hane-Hane 2 star 450/500 Earth. flip it and you can return one monster to the owner's hand...Sounds like a nice surprise since cards like the new Dragon fusions are going to start being in every champion wannabe's deck. Or you can send something back that might die at the end of your turn, say a Wild Nature's Released Gorilla. Combos are limited by your ideas. Searchable like most these monsters

5. Catnipped Kitty. 2 star 0/100 Earth. Worthless except for it's effect. It turn's the defense of one opponent's monster to zero for the turn each turn.
And as long as you have another beast on the field it can't be attacked. And it's not limited either. So two of them on the field, and your opponent's monster's way as well have 0 attack points. If ou can keep them safe from spells and traps, it seems like a good stall card to me. Searchable too.

4. Neko Mane King1 star 0/0/ Earth. This could really annoy someone.Set it on your turn and then end it. Your foe plays Lightning Vortex to try and get a swift attack. Neko's effect kicks in. If it's destroyed by an effect (monster, trap or spell) your opponent's turn end's automatically. If he played Vortex first before playing any monsters or setting any traps and you have the means to summon the top monster in the list.. you can put on a lot of hurt. searchable

3. Des Kangaroo 4 star Dark with 1500/1700. Just searchable, it's the most likely piece you'll use for 1.I has decent stats, but it's effect has earned it two traps with similar effects! If the attack of an attacking monster is lower than Kangaroo's defense, it's destroyed with damage calculation of course...BUT e's a nice loop hole.It does not say that this little green fighter has to be in Defense mode for it's effect to kick in. So a Mirage Dragon attack's, you take 100 points of damage, but they lost heir trap stopper.

2. Behemoth the King of All Animals 7 star Earth 2700/1500. It's effect is way it's better than Big Koala. If you sac two monster's you can get two beasts back from the grave, and you can sac just one monster to get back on beast and summon this guy, but at the cost of 700 attack points. Still, with Beast Soul Swap, you could just pull out Big Koala or another of these guys at full power. And despite the purple, he's soo bad@$$ he's one just as many cards as the Ojama's it seems.

And now, what I've been teasing your brains about for the ten minutes or so it probly took you to read and mock my opinions, it's the number one misunderstood Unspoken good beast

MASTER OF OZ

Yes, 9 star does make it sad since no metamorphosis, but at 4200/3700, it's the only fusion the is equal to the sum of it's parts. You can do a good stien combo with it as well, going for W.N.R and Megammorph to make it a whooping 12100. That still leaves room for say Giant Trunade to make sure it can get a clear shot, because it sadly has no effect. Even if they had Cyber dragon out, that's 10000 points of damage, not something I've heard of other cards doing much of recently...

Anyway, if anyone has any comment or arguments on my choses, email at yukemaster15@msn.com
