Messysnapper Here

people think commons are useless..........Well they are wrong

Here the top 10 list

10.Fairy Box

DB1-EN227
Fairy Box
TRAP Continuous
Each time a monster on your opponent's side of the field attacks, toss a
coin and call Heads or Tails. If you call it right, the attacking monster's
ATK becomes 0 only during the Battle Phase. Pay 500 Life Points during each
of your Standby Phases. If you cannot, this card is destroyed.

Can seriuosly take major damage on your opponent's Life points.

9.Heart of the Underdog
Spell
Continuous
During your Draw Phase, if the card you draw is a Normal Monster Card, you can draw 1 more card by showing the card to your opponent.

Great for speed draw espicially for an Exodia deck.

8.Granadora
Water
Reptile/4/1900/700
When this monster is Normal Summoned, Flip Summoned, or Special Summoned successfully, increase your Life Points by 1000 points. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you take 2000 points of damage.

People think loosing 2000lp is bad but look carefully it says "When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you take 2000 points of damage" This mean if you tribute summon you wont loose 2000.

7. Giant Trunade
Magic Card
MAGIC
Returns all Magic and Trap Cards on the field to the respective owner's
hands.

Field removal good for ending the game.

6. DB1-EN089
Nobleman of Extermination
SPELL
Destroy 1 face-down Spell or Trap Card and remove it from play. If the card
is a Trap Card, both players must check their respective Decks and remove
all cards of the same name from play. Then shuffle the Decks.

Great for taking out your opponents annoying cards like sakrtsu Armor, Bottomless trap hole, Etc.

5.Des Wombat
Earth/Beast/3/1600/300
Effect: As long as this card remains face-up on the field, any damage by a card effect to the controller of this card becomes 0.

0 damage when a burn effect target your life points. A burner's nightmare.

4. King Tiger Wanghu/Earth/Beast/4 stars/ATK 1700/DEF 1000/As long as this card remains face-up on the field, all monsters with an ATK equal to 1400 or less that are Normal Summoned or Special Summoned (excluding Flip Summon) are automatically destroyed.

Great for a side deck goes againist stall deck and burners.

3.Asura Priest/Light/Fairy/Spirit/4 Stars/ATK 1700/DEF 1200/This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card returns to the owner's hand during the End Phase of the turn that this card is Normal Summoned, Flip Summoned or flipped face-up. This card can attack all monsters on your opponent's side of the field. You cannot attack your opponent directly if you attack any monsters first.

Another Great card once used for FTK token killer deadly with big bang shot.

2.MFC-092 My Body as a Shield
Quickplay Spell Card – Common
When your opponent activates a card that has the effect that destroys 1 or more monsters on the field, pay 1500 Life Points to negate the activation of the card and destroy it.

a small price to pay to save your monsters from Exiled, Torriential, etc.

1.Gigantes
Earth
Rock/4/1900/1300
This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 1 EARTH monster in your Graveyard from play. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard as a result of battle, destroy all Spell and Trap Cards on the field

Great card used to special summon. Most deck contains earth monsters such as Exiled force and D.D. Assliant. Can be used as a heavy storm. Very powerful
