Subject: Ben's Top Five Non-Tribute Cards

Hi, I'm Ben.
These cards are my favourite non-tribute monsters and

5: Tribe Infecting Virus
This card isn't as good as everyone makes it out to be. 1600 atk.
while still good, won't be able to win battles against regular
beat-down monsters. It is an awful top-deck and only really works when
used with sinister and night assailant. Discarding is very bad in
advanced.
Apart from all that Tribe is very good. Plonk it down and destroy
monsters. Just don't think it will hang around for very long. It is the
first thing your opponent will destroy. It really depends on the
opponent you face.

4: D.D. Warrior Lady
I like her because she is an answere to so many dangers, Phoenix,
Jinzo and BLS (if she isn't removed first) to name just a few. You can
set her or ram her into the opponent. The good thing is that she has
adequate atk. and def. and so can be used for attacking. Many
non-tribute monsters are too weak to attack e.g. Magician of Faith,
Spirit Reaper, Apprentice Magician etc....

3: Injection Fairy Lily
This girl really is very good. A bit difficult to wield but very
powerful. If there is a Jinzo or Phoenix you can't take care of Lily
does. She also speeds up the duel if she can attack directly. You can
also just play her face up and wait.
This is the worst threat because, if you have enough life points, all
attacks will end in loss of lp and loss of monster. Then in your turn
you can tribute her for anything you wish.
She has helped me in sooooo many situations it is sick. And if you
don't want to pay lp just set her and bluff that you have something
evil. It's simple.

2: Spirit Reaper
Amazing card which can be used offensively and defensively. It is a
hard card to destroy and can be used to get out Phoenix via Hand of
Nephthys. If you have the chance you can eat you opponents hand with it
and just, plainly said, is a very good monster with lots of
possibilities.

1: Magician of Faith
I run magic recursion so I use Magician twice in my deck. She is
amazing. Flip her and you can re-use pot of greed, graceful, lightning
vortex, nobleman, premature.......... the list is endless. Get exactly
what you need when you need. Opponent has a powerful monster? Get
Snatch Steal. Top decking? Pot of Greed.
Magician can be re-used with Tsukoyomi and is a one star for
metamorphosis (to get out Thousand Eyes). It's a brilliant card enough
said.

That was my first list so any mail is welcome at: evoli@mac.com

I can review and give tips on decks since I have been playing yugioh
since Metal Raiders and have wielded an incredible amount of decks. I
may not be as methodical or clever as Jaelove or other pojo writers but
I do know a lot about yugioh.
