A recent problem among duelists is being fooled into buying
fake cards.
It's easy to fall for a seemingly trustworthy EBay advertisement
exclaiming "Not Fakery Yu-Gi-Ohs Cards! Only 50 Dollar for
Bajillion Super Duper rare!
You Buy Now!" But you might have inadvertently purchased fake
 cards. So
to make things easier for you I made this list of the top ten
signs your card might be a fake.

10
The card description is a confusing combination of broken English
and words you've never seen before such as "aftack" or "destroil"

9
The artwork seems to have been colored by crayons

8
Instead of coming in the normal packaging you receive the cards in
a small paper bag, and replacing the picture of Yugi is a crudely
drawn man with big eyes and spiky hair

7
All the cards in the box are connected, and you find instructions
explaining how to properly cut sheets of cardboard.

6
The man who sold you the cards kept referring to you as "stupid
American".

5
The card has a "3" in two corners and three red hearts running down
it diagonally.

4
Konami apparently made the risky decision to change Dark Magicians
name to "Shadowy Magic Man".

3
Instead of the usual rectangular shape the card is triangular

2
The back of the card reads "Chinese Black Market Official Seal
of Quality".

1
It suspiciously resembles a pokemon card but has the word "Pikachu"
crossed out and "Blue Eyes White Dragon" written over it.

Together we can stop these thieves!

Criminals, a superstitious and cowardly bunch, call me…BattyMan!
