10.  Starboy!  Any big suprise?  1050 by its effect and is only two stars.  Nice to bug fire users.

9.  Sea Serpent of Darkness/7 Colored fish.  1800 attackers, but Sea serpent takes the cake with 1500 defense

8.  Gravity Bind- More or less for a Legendary Ocean deck, but still good

7.  Suijin- 2500/2400, can reduce attacker to 0, and is only 1 tribute with ALO on the field.  Is easlily 3200 in my deck with starboy

6.  Legendary Fisherman- Ok card, unaffected by dark hole, but your opponent can attack direct when you have no monsters.

5.  Yomi ship- 3 star monster and with ALO and tornado wall, its an instant kill to your opponents high level monsters

4.  Levia-Dragon - Daedalus- can wipe the field clear, and you can then attack or equip him.  2600 direct is very nice

3.  Amphibous Bugroth MK-3-  Can attack direct for 1700 with ALO, not including any equips or starboy's

2.  T-wall  NO LP damage from battle.  Simple?

1.  ALO- makes 5s normal no tribute and 3s able to attack under gravity bind

Runner ups

Penguine Soldier- nice effect, but really weak after its out.

Cure mermaid- Decent fighter in an ALO deck, but not enough so, its effect is ok as well, with 800, but people will hunt these down

Cursed seal- get ride of Harpies and MST in one turn to protect ALO and Tornado

Madian of the Aqua- Puts an UMI on the field for tornado wall
