Newdoria is number ten simply because of his effect.  If your opponent summons a super strong monster that is beating you down just summon this and they will probably destroy it releasing its effect.

Summoned Skull is number nine because of brute force and he only needs one sacrifice. Defense is low, that's why he is only nine.

(8.)Y-Dragon head

Y-Dragon Head is number eight because he can unite with X-Head Cannon and Z-Metal Tank, OK defense for a four star, too.

(7.)Kaiser Sea Horse

Kaiser Sea Horse is number seven because he can be used to summon any monster with the help of DNA Transplant.

(6.)Magical Marionette

Magical Marionette is number six because he can continue to grow in attack points and can destroy any monster on the Field.

(5.)Red Eyes Black Dragon (Shonen Jump Edition)

Red Eyes Black Dragon is number five because he looks really cool and decent attack points.

(4.)Mystical Knight Of Jackal

Mystical Knight Of Jackal is number four because if he continues to attack your opponent wont draw anything new, great attack points.

(3.)Jinzo

Yes, I know he's an old monster but he has an amazing effect; no trap cards can be activated!

(2.)Dark Paladin

Dark paladin is in my opinion the coolest looking card and the card with the best effect but he lost the number one spot because he's fusion summon.

Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy Of The End is the best card in my deck because of it's awesome effect, easily summoned, too!
