Based on the cards I played with and against for over a year, I have made a top ten warrior cards so here we go

10. The warrior returning alive- good spell card for a warrior deck. Can bring back your don, exiled force, etc. to your hand.

9. Amazoness Swords Women- can kill most of the monsters in competitive decks (sangan, witch, mystic tomato, etc) and the controller of the card does not take damage when attacked by a high level monster like Jinzo.

8. reinforcement of the army - also a good spell card. You can bring your Don to your hand and summon it if your opponents field is clean or if you have a Jinzo out or 2+ monsters and you are afraid to attack your opponents face down card, then just use this card to get exiled force and destroy the face down monster.

7. Freed the Matchless General - 2300 atk is not that bad and if you dont have a reinforcement of the army or just used it up then just use Freed's effect. Want to ambush your opponent and dont have another monster in your hand? use Freed's effect, great monster in warrior decks.

6. Exiled Force - good monster. Your opponent has a high attack great effect monster on the field? (Jinzo, The Chaos Monsters, etc.) Don't worry play exiled force and destroy that threat. If you worried about exiled counting as a summoning so when you used his effect and you have no monsters left on the field consider this, For me personally I rather have cleared the biggest threat my opponent has against me and live to see another turn than to put a monster that won't help you at all in defense mode.  But yet again with my luck they either have monster reborn or premature burial or call of the haunted...maybe all 3 :-/

5. Goblin Attack Force - same atk as Freed 2300, nice beatdown monster. Have a power-up card like U.W.S or Axe? equip it to destroy your opponents monster and deal a good chunk of life points to your opponent or better yet attack when your opponents field is clean. Me personally I like the opponent clean field Marauding Captain + Goblin Attack Force + U.W.S combo. G.B.A attack 3900 + 1200 from Marauding, nice...

4. D.D Warrior Lady - Nice effect. Again works like exiled Force but your opponents monster is removed from play. Bye bye Jinzo, Chaos Monsters, etc. Nice monster

3. Marauding Captain - ok 1200 atk is not that good but his effect is great. Protect your defense position G.A.F and get to special summon a level 4 lower monster from your hand. This is nice as it works great with U.W.S

2. Don Zaloog - 1400 atk can still get the job done deal your opponent 1400 LP damage and get to take 1 card from your opponents hand or first 2 cards from your opponents deck. Nice if you have multiple Don's on the field. Drain your opponents hand until he/she has no more cards and then go for the deck.

1. Black Luster Soldier - Envoy the Beginning - Weeeeeeeee here we go for my #1 warrior card. With a warrior deck you won't have that many light monster but run 2 D.D's, 2 Don's at least 1 magician of Faith, spirit reaper, etc. and not only can you bring this card out with ease but those light and dark monster makes for a pretty tough deck. Once you get this card out then all you have to do is activate 1 of it's great effects. Either remove 1 monster from play and dont attack or attack twice..................Chaos Monster's *sighs* 1 word BROKEN so this is why it's #1 in my list of warriors.

Just be careful about traps and spell cards as once you summon it your monster, you may not be able to even use it. IMO i will take the risk and attack if I didnt have a harpie's, heavy, mst's
