Vector Ebonish's Top 10 Machine Cards

 

Here's what I think are the 10 best Machine-related cards:

 

10. Drillago - This is pretty good when it comes to machines, 1600 attack isn't wonderful, but it can still get the job done, like with it's effect, but chances are it will be destroyed next turn.

 

9. 7 Completed - Well, o.k, it's not that great, Axe, Mage Power, United, wil walk all over this, it's only real advantage is that can power up defense or attack by 700, but that's not really "great" Why use it then? I don't know, but I do.

 

8. Cannon Soldier - This card has tons of combos, helping it do the last bit of damage to finish off the opponent, or after Limiter Removal (reviewed later)

 

7. Y-Dragon Head/Z-Metal Tank - 1500 attack isn't great, but they are a part of the still powerful, XYZ Deck, and they are Union/Machines, so you can equip them to eachother, which is a bonus.

 

6. X-Head Cannon - I could have put this with Y and Z, but it deserves higher, for 1800 attack points it is one of the better Machines, and is also part of the ZYX Series, you can also use the "Attack with all three-Main Phase 2-Equip Y and Z to X- End turn" This lets you do 2800 damage to your opponent, the nhave them deal with a 2800 atk monster

 

5. Mechanical Chaser - This card is wonderful! 1850 Attack points for no tributes on a Machine, which makes Mech Chaser one of the most useful Machines in the game! Why did it not get a higher rank? Because of the sheer imposibility of aqquiring it, it's an Ultra Rare in one of the tournament pack seasons, and a Super Rare in another, and goes for about $80+ online, max out X instead, but if you can get one, stick it in your Machine Deck immediatly

 

4. Reflect Bounder - This card isn't as "wonderful" as Mech Chaser, but sometimes it can be more useful, it has a Magi Cylinder-like effect, that whenever it's destroyed by battle, the opponent takes as much damage as the attacking monster has in attack points, but you will still take overflow. Too bad it's restricted to 1

 

3. Jinzo - Some of you are thinking right now "#3? Why #3? Jinzo is way better than that!" Well sometimes Jinzo is great, one tribute for 2400 attack, the ability to negate traps, immunity to Trap Hole, well that's great, but it is over-rated, still a must-use in Machine Decks

 

2. XYZ-Dragon Cannon - Some of you are saying "WHAT? BETTER THAN JINZO?!" Well that's right and wrong, if you can get it out with a little protection you have the match prctically locked tight, the ability to discard a card to destroy any card on the field is great, and the 2800 attack is great too, theres even a second-turn-kill-combo for it.

 

1. Here it is, the number 1 Machine Card and it is (Drumroll) Blowback Dragon! Yes, Blowback Dragon, a future card that's coming in Ancient Sanctuary in June, this card is just like Barrel Dragon, only better! Instead of 2 Tributes, it's 1, instead of 2600 attack it has 2300 attack, and instead of it's effect destroying monsters it destroys a monster, magic, OR trap, giving it tremendous playability, even not in a Machine Deck, if you get(or have, depending on when you read this) keep it, if you don't, get it!

 

By the way, I would hae put in Limiter Removal, but I couldn't find a place for it, but anyway, it is one of the top 10, even though it's not in there.
