Well, not really top 10, but 5 monsters that Skill Drain will help if on your 
side of the field, and 5 monsters that will seriously hurt your opponent if 
faced w/ S.D.

Your Monsters

5)Dark Elf
 2000 ATK w/o paying LP

4)Zombyra the Dark
 2100 ATK that will not be reduced when your destroy a monster, and can now 
attack directly.

3) Lava Golem
 Thank you for a 3000 ATK monster. And guess who doesn't pay LP? 2)Goblin 
Attack Force/Giant Orc Take a wild guess 1)Armor Exe  Level 4. 2400 ATK. 
'nuff said.

Your opponents monsters
5) Witch of the Black Forest/Sangan/Mystic Tomato/searchable monsters/etc.: 
It's up here because all this does is keep your opponent from searchin'.

4)Don Zaloog/Yata-Garasu:Tied because all there effect does is hand disruption 
and lockdown. Most likely, your opponent will clear the field before they 
attack with these monsters. 
 
3) Chaos Monsters (Chaos Emperor Dragon, BLS-Envoy of the Beginning, Dark 
Magician of Chaos, and Chaos Socereror): So these class of super monsters 
go from extremely powerful w/ sick effects to extremely powerful monsters. 

2)Dark Paladin/Buster Blader: Use Skill Drain so your Blue Eyes can destroy him.
 
1) Jinzo: If you pull off Skill Drain before Jinzo is summoned, guess who 
can use traps?
