Here is the top 10 clown control cards out right now.

10: Heart of Clear Water
This card gives dream clown invincibility for the most part. I cant 
believe people when they put this card back with all the other 
horrible commons when this has some potential.

9: Ryu Kishin Clown
This card only has one good thing about it nd its the reason it's on 
my list. It has the ability to use dream clown's effects over and over 
again.

8: Sangan 
Wanna know why he's here? It's simple really. SEARCH FOR MY CLOWNS!!!!

7: Witch of the Black Forest
Read the above description.

6: Hayabusa Knight
2 attacks for three stars makes him worthy of a spot in a clown deck. 
Beef him up and he becomes darn near impossible to kill. 

5: Gray Wing
Same as above but a little better to me. That dicard thing is best 
comboed with rescursion cards.

4: Exiled Force
Can we say "hey Jinzo, na na na na , na na na na, hey hey hey, good bye" 
and grvaity bind os working again.

3: Imperial Order
This card comboed with gravity bind has won me duels. there is literally 
no way to stop a deck if they have these 2 cards out.

2: Gravity Bind
If you need to hear an explaination for this, you dont deserve to play 
the game.

1: Dream Clown
This card defined the clown decks forever. He shall never be replaced.
