KJFJustice ELEMENTAL FOCUS
Shaman ability for Elemental heros like Grennan. 2-cost Ongoing (and stackable): pay 1 less for abilities to a minimum of 1. I like this card because there are a lot of abilities that elemental Shamans have. There are 15 others besides this card including 4 totems. You can still run other abilities of course.

Many people like Phadalus, but this card gives you a reason to go back to Grennan. First of all, remember this is stackable, so you can have 2 or more on the field and the effect does stack. Second, it lets you play bigger abilities sooner than your opponents might be ready for. Chain Lightning can be played on turn 4 for example. I think it deserves to be in a deck dedicated to elemental abilities with 4 Zapped Giants and 4 Drenaie’s Junks, etc.. There are plenty of ability focused allies and equipment cards you could run as well to make a deck that gets the most out of this card.

I also like the fact that searing and fire elemental totem will cost only 1. You could also get a lot more out of Lightning Storm with the focus on the field.

Sealed: 2.0
Constructed: 4.0 in a dedicated deck.
Casual: 3.5
Raid: 2.0
turkeyspit Elemental Focus

This card means well, but falls short of being truly good. The reason I say that is because it can only reduce the cost of Elemental Abilities to a minimum of 1. This drastically reduces it's effectiveness, especially if you want to stack them!

If you have one copy of Elemental Focus in play, you essentially turn cards like Earthbind Totem, Earth Totem and Searing Totem to 1. My problem with this is that their normal cost of 2 is hardly expensive, and doesn't, in my mind anyway, justify running Elemental Focus. If instead I could have two copies of Focus in play, and then play Searing Totem FOR FREE, then I would be interested.

Since most of the Elemental Abilities are around 2 cost, about all Focus is really good for is reducing the cost of Chain Lightning. That's not enough incentive for me to run it.

---------------------------------

Sealed:
1/5 - doubtful you will pull enough Elemental Abilities to make this card usefull

Constructed:
2/5 - Not enough benefit to make it worthwhile.

Casual:
1/5 - see constructed

Raid:
1/5 - see constructed, and it won't last anyways
