At first this card seems like a piece of jank: “oh I can make all my dudes Orcs so they get ferocity from Warlord Goretooth!” But then people start thinking about all the different cards that trigger off of ally types…and the omgwtfbbqsaucce combo is spawned. I won’t go through the entire combo, but suffice to say, Tyrande Whisperwind hits the field and you win on turn 5. People have been complaining and accusing the designers of missing this ‘broken’ combo, but I don’t think it’s so terrible. The combo is fairly easy to disrupt, and requires a lot of pieces, so finding them all by turn 5 is not terribly likely. I guess only time will tell.

Constructed 4/5

Casual 5/5

Raid 5/5 it’s easier to do if you have a bunch of people gathering the pieces

Most of you know about the killer combo with this card, and that is the only real advantage you can get with this card.

So mostly you will see this card in Casual decks.

HOLY COW!  Our previews this week ROCK!  They really cater to my Casual side.  This card is fun as heck.  Fear my Ally- Tauren Warrior Chicken!!!  While it has very little practicle use, its still quite fun to play.  It works well with any card that requires particular types of ally cards to be in play, but still...

Sealed:  Um, no.

Constructed: 2/5  Really not useful.

Casual: 4/5  While its not going to win you games, its still wicked fun to play.  Use it just to confuse the heck out of your opponants.  :)

Raid: 1/5  See my report for "Sealed"...

PX-23 WINTER WONDERVOLT

OOOooooo the combo card.  Use it to change all allies to any type you want.  There is a cool combo with this card for an infinite loop win, but I’m not telling.  You can probably find it in other reviews today and a couple dozen web articles.

But aside from that combo- there are a bunch of other cards that get effects when certain types of cards leave the field, or when certain types of cards are on the field.  This card helps those smaller combos go off as well.

Constructed:     5.0 for the win combo.

Sealed:             No possible.

Casual:             2.0- don’t combo your friends.

Raid:                5.0
