Well, here we have a
very good value in a card. 0/1 who is VERY hard to
kill for 0 cost. But I can't really think of any
way to buff this guy up to make him useful. So,
unfortunatly I'm not going to be able to rate him
very highly. Feel free to email me ways to make

Sealed: 2/5 Even if you get him, finding cards to
boost his ATK is gonna be hard.
Constructed: 2/5 Again, its hard to make Rulrin
bigger for a solo warlock.
Casual 2/5 Again, he's hard to kill, but its hard
to find ways to make this guy bigger.
Raid: 1/5 Dont' even bother.

Ok, what do you do with this
card. Well first of all, it’s a demon. There
are other cards in the set that give a bonuses
just to demons. Second, it’s elusive and
untargetable. So your opponent can’t get it off
the field unless they use a non-targeting
removal effect. Third, it costs nothing. Just
summon it for free. Fourth, because of numbers
2 & 3 above, it works beautifully with the new
Winterveil combo that involves Ritual Sacrifice,
the Wondervolt, and the High Priestess. This is
the ally you would sack with Ritual so start the
combo.
So use this piece of tech when it
fits in a cool deck you building.
