SpoonMan

Bloodfang Hood

This is a valuable tool for the Rogue, enabling the use of many of their more powerful abilities. Terribly nerfed in that it can’t be used on opponent’s turn or exhaust heroes, but it is invaluable for exhausting an ally, which can then be attacked to pump the Shanker and more often than not win the game if the Rogue can combo out.

Constructed 3.5/5

Casual 4/5

Raid 1/5

Gijs
aka Warchief Thrall

Bloodfang Hood

Cost: 3

Defence: 1

Class Restriction: Rogue

Exhaust target hero or ally. Use only on your turn.
When you play a Rogue ability, ready Bloodfang hood.

This a good armor , 1 defense for 3 isn’t bad, and it’s effect is also not to shabby.

Exhaust a (useless) ally and exhaust a protector to attack with the Shanker.

Sealed: 5/5

Constructed: 3/5

Casual: 5/5

Raid: 2/5

Red Comet Bloodfang Hood
For a rouge protectors are some of the most annoying cards in exsistance.

The ability to shut them( and any other ally) down is what makes this a vital rouge support card.

It doesn't hurt that it also targets heroes though in some cases this isn't going to be the best use of the armors ability.

Sealed: 3/5

Constructed: 4/5

Casual: 4/5

Raid: 2/5

We continue Epic Armor week with probably one of the scariest cards I've seen:

Bloodfang Hood

3 cost, 1 Def

Armor- Leather, Head (1)

Rogue

Activate >> Exhaust target hero or ally.  Use only on your turn.

When you play a (Rogue) ability, ready Bloodfang Hood.

When the Ony raid deck first came out, one of my friends told me he wanted at least 2 of the Rogue Hat.  I had no idea what he was talking about.  So, I bought an Ony raid deck and cracked the treasure pack.  He just about soiled his britches when I pulled the 'Rogue Hat' that he was talking about.  He then proceeded to show me his No-Ally Rogue deck and begged for the card.  Which he got.

For those of you who don't know (No time like the present to learn!), many many rogue abilities work wonders on exhausted Heroes and Allies.  This card can be the demise of a large portion of your opponents party if played right.  Exhaust a character with the hat, kill it with a rogue ability, ready the hat.  Rinse, repeat.  Rogue abilities range from a little damage to outright killing exhausted characters.  Do I really need to say more?  It can get scary.

Sealed:  0/5  I hate rating great cards as 0's, but who is really playing sealed with an Onyxia treasure pack?  I mean really?  At $30 a pack?  Heck... lets try drafting with packs of The Dark in Magic??

Constructed: 4/5  I've seen some pretty crazy cool stuff happen with this card.

Casual: 4/5  About the same as Constructed.  Pretty fun to watch your opponents jaw drop when you start leveling the field.

Raid: 4/5  In Ony, its not so amazing  In MC, where there are actually Allies to kill, a little better.  Plus being able to speed up the damage on a boss can be quite helpful.
