Ra's al Ghul, the Demon's Head (League of Assassins) 8 cost, 17 ATK, 17 DEF Loyalty.  Your locations are not unique. Characters without the League of Assassins team affiliation have no team affiliation and cannot use payment powers. Ick.  His ability for non- unique locations is cool, and his affiliation power is pretty neat, but 8 cost 17/17 with no flight, no range, and really no good offensive ability?  Yuck. Sealed: 2/5 use only if you are desperate to fill a slot.  VERY desperate. Constructed: 3/5  Has his uses, but I just don't like him.

This 8 drop is one of the few that got people fearing the eighth turn. Really good effect, bad team though. Sealed - 2.0 Constructed - 4.0
