To play, exhaust a Gotham Knights character you control.

Negate target effect from a non-ongoing plot twist.

 

Meet Fizzle 5 through 8. No discard, just exhaust a worthless 1 drop like GCPD Officer or something. And control the **** out of your opponent. Seriously, did we really need another Fizzle? Another money card? Another Sealed win card?

OK... lets start with: I love this cards name.  So freakin' cool.  :)

So, this card counters non- ongoing plot twists.  Sounds pretty cool to me.  Stops that pesky Savage Beatdown, or Uppercuts, or gads... just about anything else you can think of.  Its pretty darn good.

Sealed: 3/5  I can see it being good in sealed if you get plenty of Gotham Knights to use it. 

Constructed:  4/5  Controlling your opponants plot twists can be scary cool.  Even countering THEIR "Bat Got Your Tongue?" can be quite handy.
